Anil Sabharwal - Managing Director

Anil is the founder of RAYV. He graduated from the University of Waterloo with a BMath (Hons) in Computer Science (geek!) and a Minor in Business Administration (so he could meet girls). With over 10 years of senior management experience in the digital media and software industry, and having co-founded one of the world's largest educational online learning companies, Anil's Mum is very proud of him. He's even been nominated as one of Canada's Top 40 under 40 (he's not that old really?!).

Anil is a keen squash player (cough), golfer (cough) and one of the world's best when it comes to Rock Paper Scissors. He can often be found walking around the office talking loudly through an orange megaphone.

Ian McCallam - Director, Marketing & Product Strategy

Ian is responsible for the marketing and future development of RAYV. He graduated from the University of Greenwich with a BA Hons in Marketing Communications. Since the late 90's Ian has dedicated himself to the digital media sector working with all the usual corporate heavyweights including the British Intelligence (James Bond eat your heart out?!). Ian was also the founder of a popular British music agency prior to establishing the Australian office of a successful UK Entertainment company.

When not fixed to a computer screen, Ian can often be found propping up the nearest bar (he likes the odd drink), falling over things (he's the most accident prone person we know) or walking the streets peering through a camera lens (he has groupies too!).

Phil McCauley - Director, Finance

Phil is the head of the gold coins & treasure at RAYV. He doesn't have one leg, nor does he have a parrot called Polly on his shoulder, but he did graduate from the University of Natal with a degree in Commerce. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (show off). With over 20 years experience in his field, Phil has held several major roles and at well respected companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and TNT.

Phil is an active person and can often be found sitting on his bike watching rugby union whilst dreaming of dollar symbols and complicated financial models.

RAYV Man - Director, Reviews & High Fives

What is there to say about RAYV Man that hasn't already been said before? A superhero, a standing member of the community, a film star, a lady's man (Pftt), a true gift to society (OK, that's going a bit far, who wrote this?).

With his trusty orange megaphone, notepad and pen, the mighty man dedicates his life to reviewing businesses and informing others of his good and bad experiences. He uses RAYV.com.au as his communication tool and strives to make the world a better place by growing his clan of RAYV Man groupies and teaching them the true power of reviewing and word of mouth recommendations.
