i have those peel things all the time, i was booked in for the standard facial before my wedding but they told me about the peels. i was worried...but so glad they told me about them, did 5 of them and got 1 for free!! and skin looked amazing. i guess some people get different results than others but so happy for the advice.

One of my friends had bookesd us into this place for a facial, on our girls day out. As we reached there, they took both of us in seperate rooms for the one hour $105 procedure. Then a lady walks in and suggested me to go for a $99 half hour treatment as it will help my skin better - I say yes as I am persuaded that it will have better effect
Now the procedure - she applies a peel on my skin, in 3 mins decides that it is all my skin can take , wipes it puts a moisturiser on and hurray I am done. I feel so voilated and cheated as intially I was given a whole big story of a mask and all the other crap. Her explaination - your skin is sensitive. Anyway I hold my disappointment to myself in an attempt to not let my friend (who chose this place) feel bad. But guess what, according to her it was the worst facial she ever got, as I learnt as soon as we got out of that place. Real thugs! I wonder how people in services industry are able to afford being so crappy. Havent you evr heard the term REPEAT BUSINESS,,,,,,

Location - middle of the city, so good if you are already there, not so good if you have to go in specially.
The service is just lovely, they make you feel special and relaxed from the moment you arrive until you leave. We were there on a Sat. afternoon, and a loud band was setting up outside, they hadn't been told and so gave us extra complimentary services (to be honest I didn't really hear anything anyway).
They communicate with you enough so you know what's going on, but not unnecessarily disturbing you. Facilities are clean and lovely, everything exudes calm.
Products feel great.
