Giraffe were the most expensive removalist per hour, but we went with them because they took the time to survey our house, and the property we were moving too. However come moving day they lost our booking, turned up 6 hours late, dented our fridge, scratched our floors, broke some of our crokery and then had the gaul to charge full price. Not recommended

These guys are quick, prompt and efficient in their working. Had no bad experience with the way they handled my stuff.

So one weekend, I bought a secondhand piano on impulse. Which was great, except I had to get the damn thing home. And since I'm all about instant gratification, I wanted to get it home NOW.
I figured my chances of that were pretty slim, but started ringing around removalists. I must have rung seven or eight places at least. Nobody could come that day, a couple would make me wait a week or longer. I was offered weekday afternoon slots — no good since I work full time; several of those who worked weekends would charge me extra for the priviledge.
Then I found Giraffe. The guy I spoke to was by far the friendliest. He offered me the lowest quote by far, no extra charge and best of all — "my guys can be with you within about 45 minutes".
And they were. There were two of them — father and son I think — and they were helpful, efficient and careful. They manoeuvred my pretty new toy through the door and into its new home with no trouble at all, were great to deal with, and provided me with all the receipts a girl could ask for.
I was hugely impressed. Next time I move house, I'll have them do the whole shebang, not just the piano — there's no nonsense or time wasting with these guys, they do the job and they do it well.
