A friend ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses from the Crown Street store. Right from the first day we were given the run around. They forgot about our first fitting appointment, so we ended up being fitted by a casual employee who didn't really know what she was doing. When we went back to check on the order to ensure it was correct, the manager said no one had told her about the appointment- even though she was the one who made the appointment herself!! Repeated phonecalls and emails to check the progress of the order were ignored. After 8 weeks (the lead time we were told the dresses would take to make), we were told it was actually 12 weeks. After 12 weeks, we were told they still hadn't arrived yet. More unreturned phonecalls followed until my friend managed to speak to another employee, who rang the designer to check the order, and found out THAT THE ORDER WAS NEVER PLACED AT ALL!!!! With the wedding drawing closer, my friend rang the designer directly, who said that this wasn't the first time it had happened. Luckily we were able to have the designer rush the order through so they're done in time for the wedding.

These people are a bunch of complete imbeciles! The stupidity of forgetting appointments is one thing, but to repeatedly lie point blank to someone's face that their order has been placed and it's on the way is absolutely appalling! Especially after taking a 50% deposit! They're customer service, attitude, honesty, and professionalism is disgusting!

yes it's true, the store is beautiful and it's on Crown Street Surry Hills... has great labels including some new ones Passion and En Rose which are gorgeous! Check it out!

Hidden through a little courtyard in Balmain this is truely a treasure. I have never experienced such helpfull, knowledgeble staff. They have a great mix of clothing and shoes with labels like Natasha, Talulah, Rachel Gilbert, Peeptoe, Samantha Wills etc. I wouldn't normally give away my little secrets like this place but they only ever get 2 of anything so you know you are getting something unique. Would have to say this is my fsvourite shop in Sydney. Heard somewhere that they are opening a second shop in Surry Hills. Does anyone know if this is true an if so where it is?
