Rileys is for filled with girls but people out there keep going on it's a boys gym........ but tuesday and wednesday the car park is full of girls.. Rileys members and workers are just honest and dedicated to there gym they dont talk silly stuff

Rileys Gym has been at seven hills for many years now.Over the years it has improved greatly. It has a very big weight area with lots of equipement. Cardio is up stairs, with weights and equipement for people that like it a little more private.Like the ladies. Up stairs also has an aerobic room which has great classes. No Les Mills stuff, but great freestyle classes something to suit everyone.There is also a spin bike room with 14 bikes and on a Monday morning at 9.30 we are spinning to the latest top 40 music with a little old school thrown in. There are solariums if you are into that.An infa-red sauna. the bathrooms have showers and lockers.There is also a cretch for the littlies.
There is parking right out front.The fees are very reasonable and you can also be a casual member for $15.00 if you dont like to pay out to much money.Rileys gym is not the most glamorous gym but the staff and members
are awsome you will make friends in no time and look forward to your next training session and that my friends is what a gym should be.
