"Nice Bud"
I was feeling kinda stressed and uptight,
I walked in and the lady welcomed me and made me feel alright,
She made me feel like I could let go,
I started to read one of them mags that makes you want to live somewhere more zen, you know.
And then the masseur arrived and spoke ever so softly,
I was kinda nervous cos I was expecting a lady,
But since my name's Dan and not George Costanza,
I went along with it he was a professional and this wasn't some kind of massage parlour.
I am glad I did 'cos pretty soon after he started,
I wasn't worried about him being a guy or even what might happen if I farted,
He knew what he was up to, and the Buddha Bar is such a nice space,
I was soon relaxing all over the place.
So if you're ever feeling a little stressed or uptight,
Now you know just the place that can make you feel alright,
I'm not a therapy-pro or rub and tug sleaseball,
But I recommend Buddha Bar to one and all.

"A real refuge from the outside world!"
The Buddha bar is a beautiful place to give yourself a treat, or attend to those neglected aches and pains. From the giftshop in the reception area to the tranquil lotus garden out the back (where you can receive a massage if the weather is fine), it is obvious that a real effort will be made to give you some time out from your regular schedule. You are encouraged to arrive a bit early and begin relaxing with a herbal tea, before you are whisked away to your treatment room. All the different types of massage I have received have been great, and there are many massages and other treatments available from naturopathy to nutrition and acupunture. The therapists have been warm, professional and helpful. The clinic also offers gift vouchers and treatment packages which are awesome for gifts (if you are like me, they would be most welcome as a gift, as you often neglect yourself). I'm keen to try out the hot stone massage next, but because of the huge range of treatments, the only real question is how to fit them all in?
