Over the last few months I spent hundreds there. BIG MISTAKE. Recently I purchased a Rocker Walker and found it to be faulty. I took it back the next day and they refused to give me a refund or even exchange the product because we opened the box. HOW RIDICULOUS!!!. I will be making every possible complaint. NO STAR RATING FROM ME!!!

They have so many different items that I have not seen at any other baby stores. Heaps of stock at great prices. The beauty is all you got to do is haggle a little and they will drop the price. The staff were also very helpful. They even helped me take my bags and purchases to the car. Now that's what I call good customer service.

I bought all my baby needs from abc baby warehouse and i got an excellent price, the staff were very helpful and i was happy that i didnt have to go anywhere else and that they had everything that i needed. Best thing about it was that they DO negotiate there prices (unlike most other baby stores!). Realy good service, i would definately shop there for the next baby!

Went to the store to redeem a $20.00 gift voucher given to me by my obstetrician and was told by the manager "we dont have to honour that". I was in amazement and am shocked at their attitude and this was from the manager. I know his name and will take this further. Beware, dont go there!!

I am a new father and just bought a pram on ABC Baby Warehouse, it is a great site and you can save heaps buying essentials for your baby, worth a look!
