ive been starting to call this dial a tech for when ever i have a promblem with the computers in the office and do you know what?? they are in and out with the promblem fixed.And we are happy with the prices that they are chargeing, they are also striaght to the point of the problem and have great customer service satifaction from us. I give dial a tech a 10 out of 10, and recommend it to everyone that wants their problem with their computers fixed as soon as possible witha great price.

We use them frequently for the servers' maintenance of our company. They know what exactly to do to fix the IT problems in the best and quickest way and also charge much less than the other IT support companies. They are just great.

Dial A Tech provided me with same day service at fraction of the price the others' were charging.

I would recommend these guys any day of the week.

We use Dial A Tech for our office, we have approximately 60 pc's and a server which these guys maintain. They understand my needs without boring me with all the technical jargen.

the guy is a good guy, eventually grabed hold of him and got my laptop back, but the vista reinstalled has other problems when updated and restarted, now I'm in trouble again

My laptop was down after a drop and I called the guy, he came to my home to pick it up, said he would diagnose the problem and gave me a report, now 5 days passed and he's not answering his phone. Can he explain it?

I don't know what that Kei U person is on about,but if here internet worked for 2 days and than stopped all of sudden than how was IT guy who went out supposed to know it was going fail. That's just unfortunate, and why shouldn't he charge you again. His time shouldn't be free. I've used dial-a-tech many times and have had no problems. These guys deserve a good wrap

I give them 5 stars for that they deserve.

I had a problem with my laptop, there was no display but I could here the system boot up. I had 3 years worth of work on this laptop so this would be a disaster if it was lost. The data was eventually recovered at my home and I was only charged $120, that was cheap considering everyone ells was charging that amount just to come out.
Also, the follow up service was great, there were some files that I couldn't find and were really important so the technician logged into my PC and found the lost data.

I hired Dial A Tech man to come and connect my PC to wireless internet at home. He came and connected fine. However 2 days later connection went down without any reason.

He is now refusing to come without charging me again a full price.

Now I'm left without connection and he still got paid a full price. For what? for 2 days of internet connection?

Not happy at all with the service, and when I wrote a letter of complaint, he wrote back with such an attitude. He was meant to call me to make time to fix my PC on the weekend. He failed to call me and for the reason, he wrote "I was busy and he forgot(THAT HAPPENS)".

Not very professional at all and not at all deserves any kind of fee.
