"Simply amazing for great Indonesian food in the Shire"
Booked ta table for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) and had a great meal. The restaurant has a great feel about it and the staff are really friendly. The vegetable spring rolls were the best I have had and the kids devoured the chicken satay sticks. Nasi Goreng was really good and the beef rendang and curry chicken was yum. A little noisy but will definitely come back. BYO Wine and really reasonable prices means this will be a restaurant I would be happy to recommend.

"This is somewhere that has good coffee (and cheap too)"
I went here for breakfast. The coffee was really good. The food was good, your standard bacon eggs, pancakes etc but nothing spectacular. The waitress could barely speak english. I suppose their focus is on indonesian food which they have at lunch and dinner. Might try the indonesian one day, will be back for the coffee..
I think the place should be categorised as a restaurant or cafe, does it really have that much nightlife?

"Simply amazing for Must be tried!!!"
Wow, there is a new contender in Sydney and more importantly for me, an Indonesian restaurant that is in the southern suburbs!!!!
I usually have to travel from Cronulla to the eastern suburbs to get my fix of quality, authentic indo cuisine... not anymore!
I took a gamble and booked the whole family in for a meal tonight, seven of us to be exact.
We were warmly greeted and from the get go felt there was something right about this place.
We were not to be disappointed,
We started with Martabak Telur, Lumpia, Gado Gado and Satay Ayam.
I always say i can tell what it's going to be like from the satay.. yep, you guessed it.. it tasted like it was done on the charcoal of a trolley vendor in Surabaya. Amazing.
We then moved onto a variety of mains, Ikan Pedas, Ayam Mentenga, Sayur Tahu, Sambal Goreng Kentang Udang, Nasi Uduk and yes I know it's cliched, Rendang, but it's another of those dishes that lets you know what's really going on in the kitchen.
It takes effort and pride to make a good rendang and I'll be damned if this wasn't a corker!
We finished off with Black sticky rice and another dish that I cant name.
By god the food was good.
There were some areas that needed work, and they were aware of it.
They were just little things, certainly nothing worth harping on about.
I hope they find a way to really draw those picky Cronulla punters in as it's street presence is minimal.. some Gamalan, incense and Balinese flags at the entrance would entice!
Get there and enjoy.... make the effort and step away from Cronulla's regimental Thai restaurants.
You wont be disappointed.

"Simply amazing for cocktails (and indonesian food too)"
This is my new haunt for pre-big Saturday night cocktails with the girls and a bite to eat. Its really a restaurant and bar and cafe all in one. The smell of food coming from the kitchen almost transports you to Bali! Apparently its only been open 3 days, and last night was packed. Great to have somewhere new to go to in Cronulla. Will be awesome in summer. Cant wait! Thanks Djava
