"Beautiful spot but food not quite up to it"
Took some friends here last week and was very impressed with the location. It was a test of my orienteering skills trying to find it but it was simpler than I was making it - basically walk right to the end of the wharf on the lower deck. Simple! There are lots of boutique feeding places along the wharf with lots of trendy businesses dotted in between. The actual restaurant spot is magical and the balance between casual alfresco and inside dining is brilliant. That said, the food was fairly expensive for what it was (basic entrees were in the order of $40 and the mains were all upwards of $40). Lunch for three with a bottle of wine will cost you around $500.
Bottom line, the food and service were nice but nothing extraordinary, the location and ambience were top shelf. Great really if you want to impress some overseas guests.

"Nice'n'pricey"
At what point does paying a wad of cash for a morsel to eat become extremely over indulgent? Luckily for me I didn't have to pay for anything when I ate here, however I couldn't help but gag at the prices. $30 for a starter, $45 for a main and $20 for dessert. Add on a tasty cocktail and a bottle of vino and your getting into silly money for what you actually get.
If you want to go out and impress with your wealth then it's the place for you. If you want good vibes and ok service then it will also suit your taste but prepare not to be amazed.
