Check out other businesses (hey, maybe even your competitor?) and see what people are RAYVing about. Secondly, embrace the community with your business hat on. Talk to your customers and take in their feedback. It’s all part of promoting your business.

We actively encourage businesses to engage with their customers through RAYV. Firstly become a member yourself. Meet new people and introduce yourself on your business page to your reviews as the business owner. You can respond to comments on your business. You can start dialogue with other people in the RAYV Forum and you can communicate directly with current and potential customers through RAYV Mail.

It’s important to remember that you won’t always receive positive reviews. Or at least reviews that you don’t agree with yourself. Sometimes it’s hard to accept these (believe us, we know) but you have to remember that everyone has an opinion and we don’t always agree with what everyone has to say. It’s best to take a negative review on the chin and look at it as quality feedback. After all, it’s better that people are honest with their feedback to you than not. Right?

If you feel you are receiving lots of negative reviews then it may be good to take these on board and see how you can improve your business and level of service.
