Are you here because you’ve received a negative review against your business?

OK, let’s have a quick run through of what we think you should do first. Following that, the RAYV Business Complaint Process is what we feel is the absolute last resort to a negative review.

While we openly promote freedom of speech throughout RAYV, we do understand that from time to time a business might receive a negative review or one that just doesn’t sit well.

While sometimes it’s hard to accept negative feedback, it also has to be remembered that negative feedback can only make you stronger. Understanding why your customers didn’t have a great experience with your business should be assessed by you to ensure that their next experience is a better one.

Everyone has an opinion and sometimes we don’t necessarily agree with what everyone has to say. We understand this all too well. We don’t always receive glorious reviews in the mail about RAYV either.

If you have received a negative review or at least one that you’re not happy with, we actively encourage you to first and foremost take into the consideration the nature of the review. Is it really that bad? Will it really affect your business? Is the negative outweighed by more positives? If not, consider it on the merits of the argument and feel great about all of the other reviews you have.

If you believe that the review is unfairly critical (i.e. the review is untrue and/or has been written with malicious intent), we ask that you contact us, identifying the review, the reviewer, and the specific statements within the review that are contentious.


What will RAYV do next?

RAYV will contact the reviewer directly and ask if he/she is willing to communicate with you directly and stand by their statements. If the reviewer says no or does not respond to our request within 72 hours, the negative review will be removed by us.

If the reviewer responds and says yes, he/she and you will be connected and asked to settle the issue. If both parties agree through this communication that the review should then be removed, RAYV will do so with immediate effect.

RAYV is not responsible or accountable for reviews placed on the site by RAYV members. However, we will do our utmost to resolve a sticky situation should one arise.
