Collector Hotel is a fantastic Thai restaurant that comes really close to being rated as the best. They dish out some lovely food that’s very addictive. I went there for a business lunch and we had the pad Thai, green curry and fried rice. We loved them all, especially the pad Thai. The lunch and dinner here are great value for money meals. The drinks here, however, are very much on the pricey side (except during happy hour).
