"Terrible for finishing a job" I hired Dial A Tech man to come and connect my PC to wireless internet at home. He came and connected fine. However 2 days later connection went down without any reason.
He is now refusing to come without charging me again a full price.
Now I'm left without connection and he still got paid a full price. For what? for 2 days of internet connection?
Not happy at all with the service, and when I wrote a letter of complaint, he wrote back with such an attitude. He was meant to call me to make time to fix my PC on the weekend. He failed to call me and for the reason, he wrote "I was busy and he forgot(THAT HAPPENS)".
Not very professional at all and not at all deserves any kind of fee.
